Women's health is a lived experience that is unique to each woman and includes all elements of our lives. Sharing stories about life’s transitions is one way to understand more about women’s health and well-being. Telling stories has long been an important way for women to explore life’s meaning and life’s lessons. Stories can inspire change, make others laugh, or simply bring the satisfaction of sharing part of your life with others. Through sharing life stories, women build knowledge, wisdom and traditions.
We invite you to share your story.

Transitions are times in our lives when things change. Some changes are planned, such as a marriage or birth. Other changes like an illness or divorce could be unexpected. Some times of change may seem like obstacles impossible to overcome; other changes are opportunities for personal growth. Whether difficult or joyful, many transitions are simply part of the normal unfolding of our lives.
